Introductory Call
No cost / 20 minutes
A short conversation to understand what is going on, where things feel stuck, and whether I can be useful.
This is not a deep working session. It is a simple first conversation to decide whether there is a fit and what kind of engagement makes sense.
Advisory Session
$750 / 90 minutes
This is a good fit if you need a sharp outside read on something specific: a product that is hard to explain, a deck that is not landing, a website that does not reflect the business, a company story that feels scattered, or a decision that needs pressure-testing.
Includes review of one core asset before the session and a written recap afterward with the diagnosis, priorities, and recommended next steps.
You leave with a clearer read on what is working, what is confusing, what needs to change, and where to focus next.
Ongoing Advisory
Starts at $4,500/month
Selective ongoing advisory for founders, leadership teams, or investors who want experienced outside perspective over time.
This is for situations where the work is not one isolated issue. The company may be raising, launching, repositioning, defining a product, or making decisions where the stakes are real.
Engagements usually include recurring calls, async feedback, review of decks, messaging, offers, launch plans, investor materials, or key decisions.
You get a trusted outside advisor who can help clarify what you are building, how it should be positioned, what matters most, and how to make better decisions as the company moves.
Product & Value Sprint
Starts at $6,500 / 2–3 weeks
A focused sprint to clarify what the company is actually offering, who it is for, why it matters, how it should be shaped, and how it should be brought to market.
This is usually the right fit when the product or offer is promising but still too fuzzy, complicated, overbuilt, under-explained, or hard to sell.
The work may include product and offer diagnosis, customer and use-case clarification, value proposition, offer structure, packaging direction, feature or service prioritization, messaging implications, and a practical 30–60 day roadmap.
You leave with a clearer core offering: what it is, who it is for, why it matters, how to explain it, and what needs to happen next.
Fundraising & Investor Sprint
Starts at $8,500 / 2–3 weeks
A focused sprint for founders preparing to raise or investors helping a portfolio company sharpen its story.
This is not deck decoration. It is the deeper work of making the company easier to understand, believe, and back.
The work may include product and offer clarification, investor narrative diagnosis, deck structure, market/category framing, traction and business model logic, slide-by-slide narrative direction, and a final deck/story brief.
You leave with a sharper investor-facing story built around a clearer product, stronger market logic, and a more believable path forward.
