Work with me when clarity matters
I work with founders and leadership teams who want honest perspective, sharper positioning, and stronger decisions around moments that carry weight.
Sometimes the value in the business is real, but it is not coming through clearly. Sometimes growth has made the company harder to explain. Sometimes a raise, launch, or transition is revealing a deeper clarity problem.
My role is to help you get to the heart of what matters, make sense of what is getting in the way, and move forward with more confidence and less noise.
Who this is for
This work is for founders and leadership teams building something real who want thoughtful, high-level support around what matters most.
Usually that means:
You are preparing for a raise and the story still is not sharp enough.
You are launching, repositioning, or evolving, and the business has outgrown the way it is currently explained.
You know there is real value here, but it is not coming through clearly in the pitch, website, brand, or internal narrative.
You are getting too much advice, too many opinions, or too much motion, and need someone who can help sort signal from noise.
You want an experienced outside mind who can see the real problem, tell the truth, and help you make stronger decisions.
Ways to work together
I keep my slate small and the work focused. Most engagements begin with a short introductory call, followed by a paid session or a more focused advisory engagement if there is a clear fit.
Introductory Call
A short conversation to hear what is going on, see whether there is a fit, and decide what makes sense next.
This is not a deep working session. It is a simple first conversation.
Advisory Session
A focused session built around one meaningful problem, decision, or pressure point.
This is a good fit if you need perspective on something specific: a raise, a launch, positioning confusion, a narrative gap, a founder messaging issue, or a business that has become harder to explain.
You should leave with clearer thinking, sharper priorities, and a better sense of what matters.
Advisory Sprint
A short, concentrated engagement around one core issue.
This is usually the right format when the problem needs more depth than a single conversation can provide. That might mean refining a fundraising narrative, clarifying positioning, realigning a website or brand story, pressure-testing a launch, or helping a founder work through a period of strategic noise.
These engagements are structured around the problem, not around endless meetings.
Ongoing Advisory
For founders or teams who want a trusted outside advisor over a longer period of time.
This is more selective, higher-trust work for people who want ongoing clarity, honest perspective, and support around important decisions as they unfold.
What I work on
-

Fundraising & Narrative
For founders preparing to raise, refine their story, or close the gap between what the business is and how it is currently being presented. I help make the company easier to understand, easier to believe in, and easier to back.
-

Positioning & Launch
For teams launching something new, repositioning after growth, or trying to simplify an offer that has become harder to explain. I help align product, market story, website language, and strategic direction.
-

Launches, Transitions & Strategic Clarity
Helping teams think clearly through launches, repositioning, growth transitions, and moments where the company has changed but the story around it has not caught up.
How I work
I am not an agency, and I am not trying to create more process for the sake of it.
I stay close to the work, speak plainly, and focus on the real issue. Sometimes that issue is messaging. Sometimes it is positioning. Sometimes it is a decision that has not been fully clarified yet.
A lot of people can add ideas. What I tend to add is clarity, judgment, and a stronger sense of what actually matters.
I care about the emotional core and real value of a project. That is usually where the strongest story lives, and often where the best decisions come from too.
What’s a good fit
This work is a good fit if you value clarity, honesty, and thoughtful outside perspective over hype, performance, or generic advice.
It is probably a fit if you are building something real, the stakes matter, and you want help getting to the heart of what matters.
It is probably not a fit if you want cheap execution, generic coaching, or someone to tell you what you want to hear.
